Quote and order
Every order is subject to a written quote. The contract is concluded when the client accepts the quote. The minimum amount is CHF 90 per order.
Turnaround
The stated turnaround times run from acceptance of the quote and receipt of complete, legible documents. They are expressed in working days.
Digital delivery
The digital certified translation is delivered as PDF/A with a qualified electronic signature and electronic seal. Any alteration of the file after delivery invalidates the signature.
Format guarantee
If the receiving authority refuses the electronic format, we produce the signed paper version and you only pay the difference between the digital level and the paper level.
Choice of level
The client states who the document is intended for. We advise on the appropriate level; the final decision on acceptance lies with the recipient.
Confidentiality
We handle all documents confidentially.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ABC Translation Sàrl.
